Ozarks Homesteading Expo
We were so honored to be a part of the Ozarks Homesteading Expo in Marshfield. Have you heard of it? If not, you can follow their Facebook page Ozarks Homesteading. It was so awesome to be with so many like-minded people,  those working toward a more self-reliant life and those willing to share what they had learned.  There were four or five classes at a time and they were standing room only.

We can't wait to go back next year, and be even better prepared to show what Young Living has to offer, both in product and community. I had promised to send out some DIY recipes to the folks we met, but decided to do a blog series so I could share them with others as well. We had two of our most popular DIYs on hand, Warrior Oil and Elderberry Syrup.

Warrior Oil
Great for anything muscle related, from workouts to trouble spots, I roll this on my shoulders every night before bed since that is where I hold all my tension. Curtis uses it on his knees every night. I love it on my lower back when I have been standing at the sink too long or wake up with it a little tweaked. It helps almost immediately!

To a 5 ml bottle, add 4 drops each of Black Pepper, Frankincense or Elemi, Marjoram, Lemongrass, PanAway and Copaiba. Fill bottle with OrthoSport Massage Oil, and top with a roller.

More to come!
