Since I was a young girl, I have always believed there was this amazing life out there for me…a peaceful heart, a beautiful home, a happy marriage, a healthy family. I have struggled with emotional issues, health issues, things that you never imagine will happen to you and those you love. I have always been searching, trying diets, self-help books, support groups and tons of prayer. When I followed conventional medicine for my sleep issues, stress, menopause and other ailments it never felt quite right.
