I had heard that “wellness is not the absence of sickness” and that resonated with me. Yes, I wanted my family healthy, but I did not have the knowledge to know what changes to make. Seven years later, there have been so many health victories, some lessons learned, and a few challenges that I am still working on. When you know better you do better and I will never quit working on me.  I have realized that I can control so many things in our daily lives and made peace with the things I can’t. 

I want to share with you what I have found. You are worth it, your wellness is worth it.
